    Customers may cancel an order or service request before work has commenced. Once a provider has started working on the project or has delivered any portion of the agreed service, cancellation eligibility may be limited and subject to the platform’s refund and dispute resolution policies. Any cancellation requests should be submitted through the platform for review and processing.

    After a successful purchase, customers receive an electronic confirmation containing the details of their transaction. This confirmation is sent to the email address associated with their account and may also be accessible from their account dashboard, where applicable.
