Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the GloAfrix Service Provider Network (SPN). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SPN services, provider participation, customer interactions, and all transactions conducted through the GloAfrix platform. By registering, accessing, offering, purchasing, or using any SPN service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Use of the Sites

Platform: Refers to GloAfrix and its websites, applications, systems, and related technology infrastructure.

Provider: Any individual, freelancer, business, agency, consultant, or organization offering services through SPN.

Customer: Any user purchasing or requesting services.

Service: Any approved service listed within SPN including but not limited to E commerce setup, Store management, Product sourcing, Branding, Marketing, Design, Technology support, Business services, Training, Consulting, and Digital services.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, have authority to act for a business if registering as an organization, and comply with all local and international laws. GloAfrix reserves the right to reject or suspend registrations.

4. Provider Registration Requirements

Providers agree to submit accurate identity information, provide valid business information where required, complete any SPN onboarding process, complete training or certification requirements when applicable, maintain updated profile information, and provide truthful service descriptions. False information may result in immediate suspension.

5. Service Listing Rules

Providers shall not publish misleading information, misrepresent qualifications, post prohibited services, use copied or stolen content, make false pricing claims, manipulate ratings or reviews, or engage in fraudulent activity. GloAfrix reserves the right to remove listings without notice.

6. Payment Terms

Customer payments may be processed through approved payment channels. Fees and pricing will be displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes may apply. Provider payouts may be subject to platform commissions, verification requirements, delays during disputes or compliance reviews, and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

7. Escrow and Payment Holding

Where applicable, customer payments may be temporarily held and released after service completion. Funds may be delayed during investigations and fraud prevention checks.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered if service was not delivered, provider failed to perform agreed work, service materially differs from description, or fraudulent activity occurred. Refunds may be denied where services were completed successfully, customers change their minds after delivery, or deliverables were approved.

9. Provider Obligations

Providers agree to deliver services professionally, meet deadlines, communicate respectfully, protect confidential information, maintain service quality standards, and follow applicable laws.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate project requirements, respond to information requests, avoid abusive conduct, pay agreed fees, and use services legally.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, providers retain ownership of pre-existing materials, customers obtain rights to paid deliverables upon successful completion, and platform branding/content remain property of GloAfrix.

12. Confidentiality

Users agree not to disclose business information, trade secrets, private customer data, financial information, and internal documents. This obligation survives termination.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users may not commit fraud, upload malware, launder money, impersonate others, abuse the platform, harass users, circumvent platform payments, manipulate reviews, violate sanctions or trade laws, or sell illegal products/services.

14. Compliance and Verification

GloAfrix may conduct identity verification, business verification, KYC checks, AML reviews, fraud screening, and risk assessments.

15. Suspension and Termination

GloAfrix may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, policy violations, misrepresentation, illegal activity, abuse of users, and security risks.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GloAfrix shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, third-party conduct, provider failures, or customer misuse. Services are provided “as is.”

17. Dispute Resolution

Users should first attempt direct resolution, followed by internal review, mediation, or arbitration/legal process where applicable.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

User data may be collected and processed for service delivery, fraud prevention, compliance,platform improvement, and customer support.

19. Changes to Terms

GloAfrix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
